In case you still do not see the familiar Endote toolbar when you open Word 2011, do this: 1. Mount the Endnote installer (dmg file ) by double click on it. 2. Go to the mounted image, then "EndNote X4" and then "Cite While You Write" directory. 3. Copy the the file: "Endnote CWYW Word 2011.bundle" to "/Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Office/Startup/Word" 4. Restart Word and hope it work for you
